Additional Information
Arrival - Apartments are ready for occupation at 2.30 pm.
Departure – Apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am. This is to provide our housekeeping staff with sufficient time to prepare each apartment to the very highest standard.
Bed Linen and Towels – These are provided free of charge. Note that beach towels are not supplied.
Central Heating – Gas fired central heating with thermostatic control in all rooms is included in the price.
Disability Aids - Are available free of charge. Equipment available includes a ramp for the front entrance, a raised toilet seat and a commode.
Electricity – There is a meter in each apartment which accepts £1.00 coins.
Hot Water – This is included in the price except for the electric shower which is metered along with other electrical appliances.
Payphone - There’s payphone in the hall for the convenience of guests
Parking - There is one allocated parking place for each apartment. Private off-street parking is essential in the centre of Weymouth where free on-street parking is almost impossible to find.
Pets – Sorry but for the benefit of guests with allergies we are not able to accept pets.
Smoking - For everyone’s comfort this is strictly prohibited throughout the house.
Travel Cots and High Chairs – These are available free of charge. Note that bedding for travel cots is not supplied.
Internet Access – Wireless internet access is provided free of charge.
